Special Event Equipment & Decor Rental & Delivery in Forney Texas
Forney is the perfect town - just close enough to the "Big D" (Dallas for those who aren't local), while being just far enough away from the big city... the Goldilocks zone! It also just so happens to have some of the most picturesque wide open landscape settings in the expanded DFW metroplex. All of these things combined make Forney, TX the perfect place for families planning backyard celebrations, church gatherings, school banquets, and weddings close to home. Not only is Forney perfectly located, it's also "The Antique Capital of Texas"... fun fact!
Simply Seated Rents and Events' homebase is right across the lake in Rowlett, making us a convenient event rental provider for hosts in the town of Forney. We deliver tables, chairs, fine linens, tablecloths, cloth napkins, sashes, place settings (glassware, stemware, flatware, porcelain plates), and event décor to homes, wedding venues, and waterfront properties across Kaufman and Rockwall County, and then we pick everything back up on your schedule. Speaking of wedding venues, the Delanie Venue, located in Forney, lists us as a preferred rentals vendor on their website!
Forney Events Have a Natural Advantage...
Events in Forney have a natural advantage — the 'staycation' feel for people getting out of the big city and escaping to the 'country' does some of the heavy lifting as it pertains to guests coming in from out of town. And it's not TOO far away from Dallas - which is equally an advantage - and it means your guests can come without feeling like they're taking a "stop-at-Buc'ee's" length road-trip to get there.
Ready to Set Up Your Kaufman County Event?
The event scene in Kaufman County spans everything from formal weddings at upscale venues to classy-yet-casual backyard weddings to sprawling family reunion BBQs — and we're set up to handle the full range. If you're planning an event — let's talk. Simply Seated Rents and Events is your local rental partner located right across the Lake Ray Hubbard pond.

Simply Seated Rents & Events' home base in Rowlett sits just across from the lake to the west of you. We're a quick hop, skip & a drive across the pond from Forney. That proximity means faster delivery, more flexibility in scheduling, and a vendor relationship that feels personal rather than cold and transactional.

No matter where you decide to hold your special event - chances are, we deliver to you.
