Simply Seated Rents & Events carries a wide assortment of products available for rent and delivery within our service area. Our high quality rental products are sure to make your next party, get-together or whatever special occasion you may be planning (weddings, receptions, birthday parties, anniversary dinners, etc) a great success! The short answer is Yes - we deliver rentals to customers within our delivery zone. 

Setting up rentals is a service we provide for an additional fee.  Contact us for more information.

Simply Seated Rents & Events offers delivery of our rental products to an area that covers most of Dallas and Rockwall County as well as portions of Collin and Kaufman County. For a more complete description of our delivery zone, please visit our Rentals Delivery Service Area page.

We are based in Rowlett, TX and proudly serves our hometown as well as neighboring cities like Garland, Dallas, Richardson, Sachse, Wylie, Rockwall, Heath, Plano, Forney, Sunnyvale, Lakewood, Lake Highlands, Murphy, Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Royse City, and more. We do not charge an additional fee if an event is at a park, but you will need to contact the park to confirm that they don’t charge a fee.

Yes, you can collect the party rental products that you reserve such as tables, chairs, and linens, etc. Please call us at (469) 934-5583 if you have any questions.

Simply Seated Rents and Events has a contract (available to view and download here) for customers to sign that outlines the terms of renting our products.

Rentals need to be canceled a minimum of 7 days in advance for a full refund. We still deliver, rain or shine.

Simply Seated Rents and Events does not impose a specific fee for cleaning. However, we do add a 10% fee to all of our contracts which  helps our small business cover a variety of incidentals, restocking and care and maintenance of existing inventory. (Common incidentals include minor damages to equipment and restocking lost or unreturned rental items under $5.)

It is your responsibility to return rentals exactly as you received them, except for the linens, which we will launder.

Online we accept all major credit cards as well as Zelle. If booking in person, we accept cash and checks as well.
